FishPDF "refers to https://www.fishpdf.com The official website "FishPDF" owned and operated by FishPDF and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "us") provides services to users under the name FishPDF. At FishPDF, we provide PDF file conversion services for our users (hereinafter referred to as "you").
1. Introduction
1.1 "FishPDF" User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is an agreement between us and you, which stipulates the rights and obligations of both parties regarding your access, registration, login, and use (hereinafter collectively referred to as "use") of FishPDF. All other relevant agreements, activity rules, announcements, explanations, etc. (collectively referred to as "platform rules") related to FishPDF that we have already published, may publish in the future, and may modify from time to time, are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as this agreement.
1.2 Before starting to use FishPDF, please carefully read and fully understand this agreement, especially the clauses related to exemption or limitation of liability, rights license and information use, agreement to open and use special single services, legal application and dispute resolution clauses, etc. Important content such as exemption or limitation of liability clauses will be highlighted in bold for your attention. Please read them carefully.
1.3 The main target audience for FishPDF is adults. If you are under 18 years old, please read and fully understand this agreement, especially the terms of use for minors, with the accompaniment of your guardian, and use FishPDF with the consent of your legal guardian.
1.4 When you use FishPDF, it is deemed that you have carefully read and fully understood this agreement, and agree to be bound by this agreement as a party to it. If you do not agree with this agreement, you may choose not to use FishPDF.
1.5 Please understand that we have the right to unilaterally decide to entrust certain services under this agreement to our affiliates or third parties for provision or operation based on the needs of FishPDF products, services, or operations. Please carefully read the information and/or relevant rules, agreements, and other documents displayed on the corresponding product page when using such related services. You agree to accept the relevant services, which is deemed to be your acceptance of the rights and obligations between you and such affiliates or third parties, and also subject to this agreement and platform rules. We will also require such related parties or third parties to protect your legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the requirements of law of the United States and regulations.

2. FishPDF's Products And Services
2.1 At FishPDF, we provide conversion services based on PDF file conversion technology. You can learn about the privacy policy for using FishPDF through the "FishPDF" privacy policy.
2.2 You can use FishPDF products and services by visiting the official website of FishPDF, registering and logging in. If you did not obtain FishPDF products or services through the above-mentioned formal channels, we cannot guarantee that this version is the official version, nor can we guarantee that the relevant version of FishPDF can be used normally. If you suffer losses due to the use of unofficial versions of FishPDF, we will not be liable for any compensation or indemnification, unless otherwise specified by law of the United States and regulations.
2.3 You need to prepare your own terminal devices such as computers when using FishPDF. To achieve all the functions of FishPDF, you need to connect your terminal device to the internet, and you should bear the necessary internet and data fees on your own.
2.4 We grant you a personal, revocable, non transferable, non exclusive, and non-commercial legal right to use FishPDF. All other rights not expressly authorized by this agreement are still reserved by us. Unless authorized in writing by us in advance, you are not allowed to use FishPDF in any unauthorized form, including but not limited to adaptation, copying, dissemination, crawling, vertical search, mirroring, or trading.
2.5 In order to enhance user experience, or based on the needs of overall service operation, platform security, and compliance management, we may periodically update or change FishPDF products or services, including but not limited to modifying, upgrading, suspending or terminating related services, providing new services or software package replacements. You can choose whether to update according to your own needs. If you choose not to update, some features of FishPDF may be restricted or not function properly. In order to facilitate your better use of FishPDF, we may also remind you to update FishPDF at appropriate times. If you do not wish to use the updated FishPDF, you can also refuse access or update.
3. FishPDF's Account
3.1 You can choose to use the website account authorization login function provided by us. By registering and logging in with your legally owned website user account, you should ensure that the website account you are using has completed identity information authentication and complies with relevant laws and regulations.
3.2 The website account you registered is the credential you use to log in and use FishPDF. Collecting information is a necessary guarantee for verifying and ensuring the security of your account, as well as a necessary information requirement for providing you with relevant services. If you refuse to provide relevant information for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with relevant services functions.
3.3 You can use FishPDF without registering or logging into the FishPDF account, but you cannot experience all the functions of FishPDF. Before using certain functions and/or individual services, you need to register or log in to FishPDF account and complete identity information authentication in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
3.4 You have the right to set your own account information such as FishPDF nickname, avatar, profile, etc. Without the explicit written permission of others, you are not allowed to open an FishPDF account in the name of others, and you are not allowed to counterfeit others' names, names, trade names, trademarks, avatars, etc. as account information. During the process of using the account, you shall not mislead the public in any way to confuse the account owner, especially not to confuse them with institutions or individuals that are generally known to the public, and shall not harm the legitimate rights and interests of others such as personality rights and property rights in any form. We have the right to review the account information you submit. If the account information you submit does not comply with laws, administrative regulations, government rules, or the provisions of this agreement, we have the right to take legal and regulatory measures such as warning reminders, deadline corrections, resetting account information, restricting account functions, suspending use, closing accounts, and prohibiting re registration.
3.5 Your FishPDF account is only for your personal use and is prohibited from being gifted, borrowed, rented, transferred, sold, or licensed to others in any form. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the account registrant, in order to ensure account security, we have the right to suspend or terminate services provided to the account.
3.6 When registering and using an FishPDF account, you should provide a genuine, accurate, legal, and valid email address and necessary information. When the registration information you submitted changes (such as changing your phone number or email account), you should update the corresponding information in a timely manner. If the information you submit is inaccurate, untrue, illegal, or if we have reason to doubt the above information, we have the right to request you to correct, supplement, or refuse to provide relevant services to you. But you understand and agree that for security and identity recognition reasons (such as account recovery appeal services, etc.), you may not be able to modify the initial registration information and other verification information.
3.7 You shall maintain the security and confidentiality of your FishPDF account on your own. You shall bear legal responsibility for your actions under your FishPDF account, including but not limited to all legal liabilities that may arise from any information release, payment, or other operations you perform on FishPDF. If you lose your account, you can follow our appeal channel to apply for account retrieval in a timely manner. You understand and acknowledge that we only verify whether the verification information provided by the appellant in the appeal is consistent with the system records, and cannot identify whether the appellant is the true owner of the account. If your account is stolen due to improper storage or other personal reasons, you shall bear the corresponding losses on your own. If you discover that someone else is using your FishPDF account without permission, or if you discover any other security vulnerabilities, please notify us immediately and take appropriate measures to protect the security of your account.
3.8 In order to maintain a good platform order and atmosphere, we may implement monitoring and management measures on FishPDF account. For example, if you violate law of the United States, regulations or the provisions of this agreement in FishPDF, our monitoring system may automatically take punitive measures against your account
3.9 According to relevant law of the United States and regulations, if you fail to log in and use your account for more than six consecutive months after registration, we have the right to freeze or revoke your account. If your FishPDF account is frozen or revoked, you may not be able to log in and use FishPDF through that account; If your FishPDF account is revoked, the information and usage records saved under the account cannot be recovered. Before freezing or revoking your FishPDF account, we will provide you with appropriate prompts. If you fail to follow the prompts after receiving them, we will freeze or revoke your account.
4. User Behavior Norms
4.1 You acknowledge and promise that in the process of using FishPDF, you should respect privacy and ethics, and pay attention to protecting data security. You are not allowed to input or share any unauthorized personal information, confidential information (including but not limited to trade secrets), or other types of unauthorized information; You should respect the legitimate rights and interests of others, ensure that your input content is legal and compliant, belongs to yourself or has obtained legal authorization, and shall not input or share any unauthorized content, nor infringe on the copyright, patent, trademark, portrait, name, voice, reputation, honor and other rights of others. You are not allowed to use FishPDF for illegal activities or publish illegal content, nor are you allowed to use new technologies and applications based on FishPDF conversion technology to create, publish, or disseminate false news consulting information. When you publish or disseminate non real information created using new technologies and applications, or other information content that may cause confusion or misidentification among the public, it should be prominently marked; At the same time, you are not allowed to obstruct, smear or delete our prominent markings on the content in any way.
4.2 We are committed to providing a civilized, rational, friendly, and high-quality platform for conversion services. After completing the relevant information authentication, you can use any content and information you convert in FishPDF, and ensure that the content complies with legal and regulatory requirements when published on other platforms, regardless of whether it is public or not. If you post information related to current events, public policies, social events, etc. both domestically and internationally, you should accurately indicate the source of the information.
4.3 You are not allowed to create, copy, publish, or disseminate the following illegal and irregular content:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3) Damaging national honor and interests;
(4) Distorting, vilifying, desecrating, or denying the deeds and spirit of heroes and martyrs, and insulting, slandering, or otherwise infringing upon their names, portraits, reputations, and honors;
(5) Promoting terrorism, extremism, or inciting the implementation of terrorist or extremist activities;
(6) Promoting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;
(7) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(8) Fabricating, spreading rumors, false information, disrupting economic and social order, and disrupting social stability;
(9) Spreading or disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting crime;
(10) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on their reputation, privacy, portrait, intellectual property or other legitimate rights and interests;
(11) Commercial advertisements that violate law of the United States and regulations related to Internet advertising;
(12) Other content prohibited by law of the United States and administrative regulations.
4.4 You shall not create, copy, or publish the following harmful content, and shall actively resist the dissemination of such content:
(1) Using exaggerated titles that do not match the content of the title;
(2) Spreading rumors, scandals, and bad deeds;
(3) Improper evaluation of natural disasters, major accidents, and other disasters;
(4) Those with sexual implications, teasing, or other factors that can easily trigger sexual associations;
(5) Showing blood, horror, cruelty, and other physical and mental discomfort;
(6) Instilling discrimination against groups, regions, etc;
(7) Promoting vulgar, vulgar, and pandering content;
(8) May trigger minors to imitate unsafe behavior and violate social ethics, induce minors to have bad habits, etc;
(9) Those who engage in violent intimidation or threats towards others, and commit acts of online violence;
(10) Spreading vulgar language and damaging social order and good customs;
(11) Other content that violates law of the United States and regulations, public policies, public order and good customs, or may interfere with our normal operations and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
4.5 You are not allowed to produce, copy, publish, or disseminate content that contains high risks or harms the physical and mental health of performers or others
(1) Any content of violent and/or self injurious behavior;
(2) Any threat to life and health, performance using dangerous equipment, or performance methods that may endanger one's own or others' personal and/or property safety;
(3) Encouraging or inducing others to participate in dangerous activities that may cause personal injury or death.
4.6 You are not allowed to post information that disrupts the platform's business order, including but not limited to spam, commercial solicitation, excessive marketing, and intentionally using character combinations to evade technical review.
4.7 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your behavior violates or may violate the above agreement, we have the right to take action, including terminating all or part of the services provided to you by FishPDF without prior notice, and holding relevant parties legally responsible in accordance with the law of the United States.
5. Network Security Protection
5.1 You shall not use any plugins, plug-ins, systems, or third-party tools to interfere with, disrupt, modify, or otherwise affect the normal operation of FishPDF, including but not limited to using any automation programs, software, or similar tools to access FishPDF, collect or process information and content therein.
5.2 You shall not engage in any behavior that endangers the security of FishPDF platform, nor shall you use FishPDF to engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security. Such actions include but are not limited to:
(1) Activities that endanger network security, such as illegal intrusion into the network, interference with normal network functions, and theft of network data;
(2) Provide programs and tools specifically designed for activities that pose a threat to network security, such as intrusion into networks, interference with normal network functions and protective measures, and theft of network data;
(3) Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, and other assistance to others who knowingly engage in activities that endanger network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers or accounts;
(5) Unauthorized access to public computer networks or other people's computer systems and deletion, modification, or addition of stored information;
(6) Attempting to explore, scan, test the weaknesses of FishPDF platform or network without permission, or engaging in other behaviors that undermine network security;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of FishPDF platform or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other behaviors that disrupt and interfere with normal network information services;
(8) Falsifying TCP/IP packet names or partial names;
(9) Reverse engineer, disassemble, compile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of FishPDF;
(10) Malicious registration of FishPDF account, including but not limited to frequent and bulk account registration;
(11) Other behaviors that may endanger the computer network security of FishPDF platform or other platforms.
5.3 Without our written permission, no user or third party shall, on their own or with the assistance of others, engage in the following actions with respect to the information or content in FishPDF:
(1) Using information or content from FishPDF for the purpose of promoting one's own product, increasing user base for one's own product, confusing the relationship between one's own product and FishPDF, and engaging in unfair competition;
(2) Unauthorized editing, organizing, or adapting of information or content in FishPDF, and displaying it on channels or platforms other than the source page of FishPDF;
(3) Using technical means or special identification methods to modify, hijack, redirect, obscure, insert, pop up, or engage in other behaviors that prevent users from using FishPDF normally;
(4) Stealing, monitoring, copying, disseminating, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading, and using information or content in FishPDF through any improper means such as chain stealing, redundant theft, crawler crawling, simulated downloading, deep linking, and fake registration;
(5) Using or disseminating information or content in FishPDF by hiding or modifying FishPDF domain names, FishPDF logos, FishPDF user information, etc;
(6) Using unauthorized access to information or content from FishPDF for statistical purposes such as hot keywords, hit rates, classifications, click through rates, and reading volumes;
(7) Use the information or content in FishPDF for any form of sales and commercial use beyond our written authorization, or provide or allow third-party use in any form;
(8) Interference with information or content related data in FishPDF, including affecting content usage, tampering with FishPDF data, etc;
(9) Other illegal acquisition or use of information or content in FishPDF.
5.4 If we have reasonable grounds to believe that your actions violate or may violate the above agreement, or if you have other actions that have adversely affected FishPDF's information and content, or caused damage to the rights and interests of FishPDF users, we have the right to take action, including terminating the provision of services to you without prior notice, and holding relevant parties legally responsible in accordance with the law of the United States.
6. Default Handling
6.1 If you violate the provisions of this agreement, including platform rules, we have the right to take pre warning, refuse to publish, immediately stop transmitting information, delete content, temporarily prohibit the publication of content, restrict some or all functions of the account, and terminate the provision of services, permanently close the account, and other disposal measures stipulated by law of the United States and regulations. For any adverse consequences caused by this, such as the unavailability of FishPDF functions, deletion of account information, deletion of content, inability to obtain assets or other rights in your account, etc., you shall bear the responsibility on your own. We reserve the right not to recover deleted user information or content.
6.2 If you participate in the prize sales activities held within FishPDF through improper or cheating means, we have the right to restrict or cancel your eligibility to participate in the activities, cancel or withdraw the rewards. If you have already received the reward, we have the right to request that you return the prize or cash of equivalent value.
6.3 We have the right to announce the processing results and decide whether to restore the use of relevant accounts based on the actual situation. We will keep relevant records of suspected illegal and criminal activities, and have the right to report to the relevant competent authorities and cooperate with their investigations in accordance with the law of the United States.
6.4 We respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and others, including intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, etc. If you infringe upon the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of any third party, causing third-party complaints, reports, or claims through litigation, we have the right to take necessary measures in accordance with law of the United States and regulations. If your actions result in us being liable for compensation to any third party, or being punished by law of the United States enforcement agencies, or suffering other economic or reputational losses, you shall compensate us for all losses suffered as a result.
7. Protection Of User Personal Information
7.1 We are committed to protecting personal information together with you.
7.2 Protecting users' personal information is one of our fundamental principles. During your use of FishPDF, you may need to provide some of your personal information so that we can provide you with better service and corresponding technical support.
7.3 When you enable or use FishPDF, we will process relevant information to implement the functions or services you choose to use, or to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
7.4 We will protect your right to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and revoke authorization in accordance with the law of the United States, and will use encryption technology, anonymization processing, and other security measures that match FishPDF products and services to protect your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All intellectual property rights of FishPDF products and services belong to us, including but not limited to websites, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, audio, video, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc. The copyright, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the content on which we provide FishPDF products and services belong to us, or we have obtained valid authorization.
8.2 During your use of FishPDF, you may submit input content such as text, words, short sentences, etc. (collectively referred to as "input content") to FishPDF. FishPDF will receive and generate output/generated content such as images, music, videos, etc. (collectively referred to as "output content") in response to your input content. The specific input content and output content types shall be subject to the actual product functionality. You understand and promise that the input content and the content you publish when using FishPDF, including but not limited to various forms of content such as text, images, videos, audio, and all components including music, sound, dialogue, visual design, dialogue, etc., are original or legally authorized by you, and there is no content that violates law of the United States and regulations, infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights such as copyright, patent rights, trademark rights, personality rights, personal information rights, etc.), or violates public order and good customs. Within the scope permitted by law of the United States and regulations, the intellectual property rights and other property rights (if any) arising from your use of FishPDF output content belong to you. However, if the input and/or output content itself contains content that we have intellectual property rights or other legitimate interests in, the corresponding rights and/or interests of the aforementioned input and/or output content shall still be enjoyed by us, and their ownership shall not be changed by being included in the output content. The intellectual property rights of the content you upload and publish through FishPDF belong to you or the original copyright owner.
8.3 In order to continuously improve the various services provided by FishPDF to you, you understand and agree that you grant us a free, sublicensable and sublicensable, non exclusive, perpetual, transferable right to use the input content, output content, and all information content published by FishPDF (collectively, "Information Content") to provide services to you under this Agreement, optimize our product services and models, and ensure the security and stability of the services.
8.4 In order to better share and promote your work, enhance its dissemination value and influence, for various forms of content uploaded and published by you through FishPDF, such as text, images, audio and video, and all components including music, sound, dialogue, visual design, dialogue, etc., you grant us a global, free, non exclusive, multi-level sublicensable right, including reproduction right, translation right, compilation right, information network dissemination right, adaptation right, and the right to produce derivatives, performances, and displays. The scope of use of the above rights includes the use on FishPDF or other websites, applications, or smart terminal devices and other products. You agree that we have the right to use or license third parties to use the aforementioned content or any promotion, advertising, marketing, and/or research related to us, and may also develop all or part of such content through other means. The rights granted above include the right and license to use, copy, and display the personal image, likeness, name, trademark, service mark, brand, name, logo, and company mark (if any) that you own or are licensed to use and embed in the content, as well as any other brand, marketing or promotional assets, materials, materials, etc.
8.5 In order to better protect your rights, you confirm that we have the right to independently or entrust a third party to protect the intellectual property rights of the content you upload and publish based on the above authorization. The forms of protection include but are not limited to: monitoring infringement behavior, sending protection letters, filing lawsuits or arbitrations, mediation, settlement, etc. We have the right to make decisions on protection matters and independently implement them.
8.6 Based on the characteristics of some functions, the content you upload and publish through FishPDF, including sound, audio, or dialogue, can be used by other users to create and publish related content using FishPDF. Other users may also forward, copy, and download your content based on FishPDF function settings. We will require other users not to infringe upon your legitimate rights and interests during this process through this agreement or platform rules. If you find that other users have infringed upon your legitimate rights and interests during use, you can file a complaint about the corresponding content through the infringement complaint channel provided by FishPDF.
8.7 We provide technical support for the development and operation of FishPDF, and have full rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of FishPDF within the scope permitted by law of the United States and regulations.
8.8 Please do not use any trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names or other identifiers related to FishPDF, www.fishpdf.com, etc. (collectively referred to as "identifiers") without authorization under any circumstances. Without our prior written consent, you are not allowed to display, use, or apply for registration of trademarks, domain names, or any other means of displaying, using, or otherwise dealing with the aforementioned logos, either alone or in combination with them. You are also not allowed to engage in any behavior that expressly or implicitly grants others the right to display, use, or otherwise handle such logos. If you violate this agreement by using the logo and cause losses to us or others, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.
9. Taxation
According to relevant law of the United States and regulations, the income generated or rewards, benefits, etc. obtained by you in FishPDF may be subject to relevant taxes or tax declarations. You understand and agree that when we withhold and pay taxes or handle tax declarations on behalf of tax authorities, we may need to collect or use your personal information and tax related materials. You should cooperate with us to actively fulfill your tax obligations.
10. Special Provisions Regarding Third-Party Services
10.1 When you use products or services provided by third parties in FishPDF, in addition to complying with this agreement and other relevant rules in FishPDF, you may also need to carefully read, agree to, and comply with the agreement and relevant rules of the third party. Any disputes, losses or damages arising from third-party products or services shall be resolved by you and the third party in accordance with relevant agreements.
10.2 You may choose to use your credit card account for payment in FishPDF. You understand and confirm that this payment service is provided by a third party with legal qualifications to the user. In addition to being bound by this agreement, it is also subject to the terms and policies of the third-party payment service provider and financial institutions. The conditions and standards for the use of such payment services shall be determined by you and the payment service provider.
10.3 If you use financial services including but not limited to third-party payments in FishPDF, please carefully understand the content of such services, fully read and agree to the relevant agreement terms.
11. Terms Of Use For Minors
11.1 If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should carefully read this agreement under the guidance of your guardian. Only with the consent of your guardian can you use FishPDF. If you have not obtained the consent of the guardian, the guardian may notify the platform through the platform's public channels to handle the relevant accounts. The platform has the right to restrict the functions of the relevant accounts (including but not limited to browsing, AI content generation, posting information, interactive communication, etc.).
11.2 We attach great importance to the protection of personal information and privacy of minors. We would like to remind you to strengthen your awareness of protection and be cautious when using and publishing content containing materials about minors when filling in their personal information. You shall obtain all legal authorization and consent to use and display the portrait, voice, and other information of minors, and allow us to use and process such content related to minors in accordance with this agreement. If the relevant content violates the rights of minors, we have the right to handle the relevant content and notify you as appropriate upon receiving notification from the rights holder or based on other considerations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors.
11.3 We will work together with guardians to protect the physical and mental health of minors. If you are a guardian, you should also fulfill your guardianship obligations towards minors, pay attention to their online security, and guide them to use the internet in a healthy and reasonable manner. Minors should learn to use the internet correctly within a reasonable range under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, develop good internet habits, and avoid becoming addicted to virtual cyberspace.
11.4 Youth users must comply with the Convention on Youth Internet Civilization:
(1) Be good at online learning and avoid browsing harmful information;
(2) To communicate honestly and friendly, without insulting or deceiving others;
(3) To enhance self-protection awareness and avoid dating netizens casually;
(4) To maintain network security and not disrupt network order;
(5) To be beneficial to physical and mental health, and not to indulge in virtual time and space.
11.5 Special Reminder for Guardians
(1) If your ward uses FishPDF, as the guardian, you should guide and supervise the ward's registration and usage behavior. If your ward applies to register or log in to the FishPDF account, we have the right to assume that they have obtained your consent.
(2) Your ward may use recharge and other functions when using FishPDF. As a guardian, please keep your payment device, payment account, and payment password safe to prevent the guardian from using recharge and other functions through your FishPDF account without your consent.

12 Notice
12.1 In order to provide you with better services, or due to changes in law of the United States, regulations, policies, technical conditions, product functions, etc., we will revise this agreement in a timely manner, and the revised content shall constitute an integral part of this agreement. 12.2 We may notify you through one or more methods, including but not limited to email, page pop ups or prompts, announcements, SMS, etc. If the contact information you have reserved in FishPDF changes, you should update it in a timely manner. 13. Other
13.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by relevant law of the United States. If any provision of this Agreement is invalid due to conflict with relevant law of the United States and regulations, these provisions shall be reinterpreted and applied in accordance with the principle of being as close as possible to the original purpose of this Agreement without violating the law of the United States, and other provisions of this Agreement shall still have full force and effect.
13.2 If there is any dispute between you and us, both parties should try to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to a court with jurisdiction for litigation.
13.3 The headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reading only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provisions in this Agreement.
13.4 You and us are independent entities, and under no circumstances does this agreement constitute any form of express or implied guarantee or condition from us to you, nor does it constitute an agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the two parties.
